Orders and Payments
All orders can be placed via our website or by our contact us form, We offer a variety of baked goods including vegan options, available for pickup at St. Jacobs Farmers' Market. Payments are to be e-transferred to info@northerndelightsbakery.ca before pickup. Order confirmation, including detailed pick-up information, will be sent via email once payment has been received.
Note: Seasonal specials and B2B wholesale opportunities are also available. Please contact us directly for more information on custom orders and bulk discounts.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations can be made by phone or email. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. A cancellation fee may apply in certain circumstances.
Allergen Information
Our baked goods may contain nuts and other allergens. Although we offer gluten-free options, we advise customers with allergies to contact us directly for specific allergen information. Our goal is to ensure that all our customers can safely enjoy our delicious treats.
Wholesale Orders
We offer wholesale pricing and bulk discounts for businesses. There is a minimum order amount required for wholesale purchases. Please get in touch with us to discuss your custom order options and to get more details on our competitive pricing and delivery schedules.
Local Delivery and Shipping
Northern Delights Bakery offers local delivery within Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Shipping fees apply, and delivery schedules will be communicated upon order confirmation. We provide tracking information for all deliveries to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
