At Northern Delights Bakery, we aim to deliver your orders swiftly and efficiently. Our estimated shipping time is between 3-5 business days, depending on your location. We understand that waiting for our mouth-watering brownies, or seasonal specials can be tough, so we work diligently to ensure you get your treats as quickly as possible.
Local Pickup
For our local customers, we offer a convenient pickup option at the Ayr Farmers' Market located at 7 Church St Ayr, Ontario. Our summer pickup hours are Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. During the winter, you can pick up your orders on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please don't forget to place your orders on our website and send us an email.
International Shipping
Currently, Northern Delights Bakery does not offer international shipping. We focus on maintaining the highest quality and freshness of our baked goods, which is best achieved within Canada. We hope to expand in the future, so stay tuned!
Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Northern Delights Bakery does not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately with our contact us form, and we'll do our best to address your concerns. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
